BOCA RATON, Fla. (Business Wire EON) September 25, 2008 -- Lipscomb joins Imperial from Office Depot (ODP) where she held the position of General Accounting Manager. While there she was responsible for monitoring the established internal controls to assure proper compliance, reconciling advanced accounts and preparing audit documents. Other career highlights for Lipscomb include working for RailAmerica, Inc. and OCWEN Financial. Her combined accounting management experience exceeds 10 years.
